i’m a muslim, what they call a revert, and i follow the guidance found in the qur’an and sunnah of our beloved prophet – peace be upon him.

i work with a brother who told me he’s a follower of the bori-shite sect, and he showed me his ring which he said all bori’s wear.

i want to understand about this sect, one of the 73 that our beloved prophet mentioned, but can’t find any conclusive description of their doctrine.

my understand is that of the 73 sects, only one will avoid the fire. does this sect claim to be that one?

can you guide me to a site, a resource that will provide such information. i want concrete evidence to support of his following, not blogs or comments!

i do not notice him praying the 5 obligatory prayers that is one of the 5 pillars of islam, why does he not follow this correct guidance?

may Allah alone guide us all.
